Triple Sec
7.5 ml
Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5 ml
Sugar Syrup
15 ml
Lemon Zest

METHOD

1. Add Au Red Cherry, Triple Sec, Sugar Syrup and Lemon Juice to shaker.

2. Fill shaker with Ice.

3. Shake well.

4. Pour into chilled Martini Glass.

5. Garnish with flamed Lemon Zest.
