BLACK GRAPE FIZZ

A refreshing, vibrant and zesty cocktail that takes it's flavour from our iconic Au Vodka Black Grape. This cocktail takes on a striking and irresistibly delicious purple ombre colour. The sweet notes of the Au Vodka Black Grape are perfectly complemented with citrus and bubbly soda water.

Ingredients

  • Au Vodka Black Grape
    50 ml
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
    30 ml
  • Sugar Syrup
    10 ml
  • Soda Water
    100 ml
  • Lemon Wedge

METHOD

1. Add Au Black Grape, Sugar Syrup and Fresh Lemon Juice to shaker.

2. Fill shaker with ice.

3. Shake well.

4. Pour into ice filled Highrise glass.

5. Top with Lemonade.

6. Garnish with Lemon Wedge.
