Due to our speedy shipping application, we will no longer be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
If you would like to return this order for an exchange or a full refund once it has arrived, please complete the returns form below.

Returns Form

Once an order is placed we're unable to change the shipping address, as it moves through our system right away to get to you as quickly as possible.

However, as soon as your parcel is dispatched you'll receive tracking information via email. You will be able to use the tracking information provided to track or divert your order to ensure a successful delivery.

The courier can be chosen at checkout to suit you. It cannot be changed once the order has been made.

The courier information will be found on your order confirmation.

The estimated time of delivery depends on the delivery option you have chosen at checkout.

Standard delivery will be delivered within 2-5 days.

If Next Day Delivery is ordered before 8pm it will arrive within 24 hours.

If you wish to return the item for an exchange or a full refund, please complete our returns form at your earliest convenience: Au Vodka Returns Form. Upon completion, we will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return your order.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Should your refund be approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
