Win the Au Vodka ‘Monthly Care Package Giveaway for 5 Years’

General

  1. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is administered by Au Vodka Ltd (registration number: 09470442), Unit 25 Cwmdu Industrial Estate, Swansea, Wales, SA5 8JF ("Au Vodka", "we", "us" or "our").
  2. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Giveaway T&Cs"). We may refuse entries or the prize if these are breached.
  3. Open to UK residents aged 18+. Excludes Au Vodka employees, group company employees, families, agents, and third parties involved in the administration.

Free-entry route

  1. The Giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

How to enter

  1. The Giveaway will run on Au Vodka's official Instagram (@auvodka) and Facebook (@auvodka) pages.
  2. Follow the instructions in the Giveaway post (e.g., like, follow, comment) within the Entry Period. You may enter once per platform.
  3. Using multiple accounts to enter may result in disqualification without notice.

Entry Period

  1. Opening Date: 5pm UK time, Wednesday 30 April 2025
  2. Closing Date: 5pm UK time, Wednesday 7 May 2025
  3. Entries after the Closing Date will not be counted.

Choosing the winner

  1. One winner will be selected by random draw on or around Wednesday 7 May 2025.

Notifying the winner

  1. The winner will be contacted via direct message from Au Vodka’s verified Instagram/Facebook accounts by Thursday 8 May 2025. If unresponsive within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.
  2. We will publicly confirm the award on our official channels.

Verification

  1. The winner must verify identity, eligibility, and entry compliance. This may include proof of social media story shares. Only once verified, the prize is confirmed.

Lost or delayed entries

  1. We are not responsible for technical faults. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

The Prize

  1. One care package per month for 5 years including (not limited to):
    • Glassware, merchandise, clothing, bottles, cans and other products from the Au Vodka website.
    • £100/month cash equivalent.

Prize terms

  1. Delivered monthly as per condition above.
  2. Winner responsible for prize after delivery.
  3. Non-transferable, non-refundable. Au Vodka may offer substitutions at its discretion if products are out of stock.

Limitation of liability

  1. Au Vodka is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses except as required by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

General

  1. Winner’s surname and county may be disclosed. Email customerservices@auvodka.com within 1 month to request this info or object.
  2. Winners may be featured in post-event publicity with consent.
  3. Entry implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
  4. Personal data processed per our Privacy Policy.
  5. Our decisions are final and binding.
  6. We may cancel, suspend or amend the Giveaway as necessary.
  7. This promotion is not sponsored by Instagram or Facebook.
  8. English law applies. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
