1. This prize draw (the "Prize Draw”) is administered by Au Vodka Ltd (registered number: 09470442) incorporated in England and Wales in the United Kingdom with its registered office at Unit 25 Cwmdu Industrial Estate, Swansea, Wales, SA5 8JF ("Au Vodka”, “we", “us” or “our”).
2. Ice Mountain Ibiza SL (registered number: 57704124) incorporated in Spain with its registered office address at 12-14 Carrer Des Moli, San Antonio, Balears 07820, Ibiza, Spain (“O Beach”) and Au Vodka are joint promoters of the Prize Draw.
3. By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions herein (the “T&Cs”) and we reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize (as defined later on in these T&Cs) to anyone in breach of these T&Cs.
4. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK and Spain aged 18 years or over, except employees of Au Vodka and / or O Beach, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
Free-entry route
5. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
How to enter
6. The Prize Draw will operate across two recognised social media platforms, that being the Au Vodka official Instagram and Facebook pages.
7. To enter the Prize Draw, you must correctly follow the instructions as clearly stated on our Prize Draw social media post (e.g., like, follow, comment etc.). These instructions may vary depending on the social media platform used for the relevant post. You are able to enter once on each social media platform for a higher chance of winning. It is your responsibility to ensure that you follow
the correct entry instructions for each social media platform.
8. We do not encourage creating multiple user accounts on any one social media platform to enter the Prize Draw. Any person identified to have used multiple accounts to enter the Prize Draw multiple times, on any of the chosen social media platforms for the Prize Draw, will not have any of their entries considered and may be banned from participating in future prize draws. We do not
have to notify you if we are taking such action.
Starting date and closing date
9. The opening date for entries to the Prize Draw is 18:00 BST on Thursday 18 August 2022 (the “Opening Date”). The closing date for entries to the Prize Draw is 17:00 BST on Thursday 25 August 2022 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
Choosing a winner
10. Post 17:00 BST on Thursday 25 August 2022, all successful entries taken from each of the two social media platforms will be combined into a random draw performed by computer process, narrowing the selection down to two social media accounts. One winner will then be chosen by a further random draw performed by a computer process.
Notification to the winner
11. The winner of the Prize Draw (the “Winner”) will be notified by message on social media from an official and verified Au Vodka account (please check for the blue verified tick from the account that is purporting to be Au Vodka) before Friday 26 August 2022 to claim their Prize (as defined later on in these T&Cs). If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified by Au Vodka, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in
accordance with the process as described in condition 10.
12. Once the Winner has claimed their Prize in accordance with condition 11, we will make an announcement across our official social media pages that a valid award has taken place.
Lost or delayed entries
13. We accept no responsibility for entries lost or not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by us.
Prize
14. The Winner will receive a holiday to Ibiza in Spain for themselves and three (3) other adults of the Winner’s choice (but all of whom must be aged 18 years or over at the date of departure) (together, the “Winner and Guests”) between 13 September 2022 to 17 September 2022, subject to flight availability/schedule (the “Holiday”). As part of the Holiday, the Winner will also receive the
following:
a. Return flights to Ibiza (including one item of 10kg hand luggage per person) for the Winner and Guests (“Holiday Flights”). If the Winner is a resident of the UK, the Holiday Flights shall be from a UK airport, such which shall be selected by Au Vodka in its reasonable discretion. If the Winner is a resident of Spain, the Holiday Flights shall be from a Spanish airport, such which shall be selected by Au Vodka in its reasonable discretion;
b. Four (4) nights’ hotel accommodation for the Winner and Guests at an Ibiza Hotel, such which shall be selected by Au Vodka in its discretion (“Holiday Accommodation”);
c. £2,000 as a contribution towards expenses for the Holiday for the Winner and Guests (“Holiday Expenses Contribution”) which shall be transferred by electronic transfer to the Winner’s selected bank account in good time prior to the Holiday; and
d. A VIP booth at O Beach Ibiza (the “O Beach Venue”) for an ON111 event (the “O Beach Event”) during the Holiday, to include a €1,000 food & drinks package and an Au Vodka bottle delivery to the VIP booth via an Au Vodka branded gold sports car prop, as well as an afternoon at Bam Bu Ku, Ibiza (“Bam Bu Ku Venue”) comprising of complimentary bed loungers and lunch with sangria for four (4) people only (together, the “Holiday O Beach Package”)

Prize terms
15.The Prize is also subject to the following terms:
a. All elements of the Prize must be taken up at the same time;
b. The Prize is non transferable, non refundable and subject to availability;
c. Airport transfers are not included;
d. The Holiday Flights must be taken by the Winner and Guests at the same time from the same airport;
e. Aside from the Holiday Expenses Contribution, any travel expenses, or any other expenses in general use of and enjoyment of the Prize that the Winner and Guests incur, are the sole responsibility of the Winner and Guests. Spending money, travel insurance, optional activities and personal expenditure or incidental costs are the responsibility of the Winner and Guests;
f. The Winner and Guests are advised on taking out their own travel insurance as such is not included in the Prize;
g. If the Prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and we reserve the right to award the Prize to another randomly selected entry in accordance with condition 10;
h. The Prize shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply;
i. We reserve the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/Holiday Accommodation/destinations at any time to the equivalent Prize value or in our sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize or element of the prize being substituted;
j. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the Holiday Flights or Holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that the Holiday Flights schedules are not guaranteed;
k. The Holiday duration may not be extended and no element of the Prize may be changed by the Winner. Additional guests outside the maximum amount permitted for the Holiday may not be booked onto the Prize bookings;
l. Au Vodka and / or O Beach reserve the right to refuse admission to either the O Beach Venue or Bam Bu Ku Venue in the event that any of the Winner and Guests have consumed excessive alcohol or are under the influence of drugs on arrival at the O Beach Venue or Bam Bu Ku Venue, or for reasons of public safety, or for any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, embarrassment or injury, or that the behavior of any of the Winner and Guests may otherwise disturb the peace in any way at the O Beach Venue or Bam Bu Ku Venue;
m. It is the responsibility of the Winner to inform Au Vodka and O Beach of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the Winner and Guests when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines;
n. For security deposit purposes, a valid credit or debit card will be required by the Winner when checking into the Holiday Accommodation;
o. The Holiday Accommodation will include two (2) separate twin rooms occupying two (2) people in each;
p. It is the responsibility of the Winner and Guests to ensure compliance with UK and Spanish travel and entry requirements where applicable, including but not limited to any vaccination or testing requirements. Information on Spanish entry requirements can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/spain/entry-requirements. Please note that entry requirements based on public health policies may change over time;
q. The Winner and Guests must each have a valid passport to travel for the Holiday, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar;
r. The Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel if applicable. The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing or other expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the Winner and Guests; and
s. Where we make any changes to the Prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Au Vodka and / or O Beach will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Prize Draw, the Prize, or for any loss or damage.
Limitation of liability
16. We and our affiliates shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. O Beach’s involvement in the Prize Draw is solely that of promotor and it is not associated with administration of the Prize Draw by any manner of means. O Beach liability therefore extends only to its standard booking terms and conditions for entry to its O Beach Venue and Bam Bu Ku Venue.
General
18. We will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, We will send the surname and county of the Winner to anyone who emails giveaway@auvodka.co.uk within one (1) month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and/or winning entry being published or made available, please contact giveaway@auvodka.co.uk. In such circumstances, please be aware that we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. We have an intention to use the Winner and Guests in post-event publicity, provided freely given consent from the Winner and Guests is obtained.
19. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
20. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants and / or third parties.
21. Personal data supplied to us during the course of this Prize Draw shall only be processed to administer the Prize Draw or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.
22. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
23. The Prize Draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Is there a cash alternative?
We reserve the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/Holiday Accommodation/destinations at any time to the equivalent Prize value or in
our sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize or element of the prize being substituted.
How will you use my personal data?
