ORDERING
Once an order is placed we're unable to cancel the order, as it moves through our system right away to get to you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to modify or change the shipping address, as it moves through our system right away to get to you as quickly as possible.
However, as soon as your parcel is dispatched you'll receive tracking information via email. You will be able to use the tracking information provided to track or divert your order to ensure a successful delivery.
PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
• Your order number
• The name of the item you did not receive
• The name of the item you received in it's place
• A clear photograph of the item you have received
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
Yes, it is completely your choice! Due to its unique burst of flavours, our vodka is enjoyable on the rocks, or alternatively with a popular mixer such as Lemonade.
returns
Until the dispatch date, pre-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded. Upon the dispatch date, the normal refund and returns policy applies.
If you wish to return the item for an exchange or a full refund, please complete our returns form here at your earliest convenience: Au Vodka Returns Form. Upon completion, we will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return your order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Should your refund be approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
SHIPPING
Upon ordering, an email will be sent confirming your order. Your tracking information will also be included in this email, with a direct link to track your order.
Yes, we offer Next Day Delivery! To qualify for next day delivery, you must select 'Next Day Delivery' at checkout and ensure you order before 8pm Monday - Friday. Any orders after 8pm or over the weekend will be shipped out the next available day.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
You are able to cancel your subscription after a minimum term of 3 months. To cancel, please contact our customer service email: customerservices@auvodka.com.
