Delivery Update
NOTICE: Orders made after 2:30pm on December 15th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
We are aware that some of our customers are experiencing order delays, so we wanted to provide a further update with the latest information.
Due to the extremely high volume of orders over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, some orders have been taking longer than usual to process. There have also been a number of unforeseen delays announced across our delivery network which have contributed to the issue. Two of our couriers DPD & EVRI have announced delays in getting orders delivered, due to increased demand through their network. Royal mail are also experiencing company wide strikes.
We can only apologise for these delays & thank our customers for their patience. These unforeseen circumstances are making us just as frustrated as you, and the team here are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to work on getting all orders out and delivered in time for Christmas.
