AU VODKA PRIZE GIVEAWAY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

WIN:

1 NIGHT STAY BED & BREAKFAST IN THE SUPERIOR QUEEN ROOM AT THE  PARKGATE HOTEL IN CARDIFF 14TH  FEBRUARY

HOW TO ENTER 

The giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Au Vodka Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the giveaway.  

The giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 

The giveaway will operate across 1 social media platform, that being Facebook.com

To enter the giveaway you must correctly follow the instructions as clearly stated on our giveaway social media post (e.g. like, follow, comment etc.). These instructions may vary depending on the social media platform used for the relevant post. If the giveaway operates across more than one social media platform, you are able to enter once on each platform for a higher chance of winning. It is your responsibility to make sure you follow the correct instructions for the relevant social media platform.   

We do not encourage creating multiple user accounts on any one social media platform to enter the giveaway. Any person identified to have used multiple accounts to enter the giveaway multiple times, on any applicable social media platform, will not have any of their entries considered and may be banned from future giveaways. We do not have to notify you if we are taking such action. 

The opening date for the giveaway is 18:00pm GMT Tuesday 30th January 2024 The closing date for the giveaway is 12:00pm GMT Thursday 8th February 2024. Entries received after this time will not be counted. The winner will be announced at 12:00pm GMT on Friday 9th of February 2024.

All successful entries will be combined into a random draw performed by computer process, in which one winner shall be randomly chosen by such computer process on Thursday 8th February 2024.

The winner will be notified by message on social media from a verified ‘Au Vodka’ account (please check for the blue verified tick on the account that is contacting you) within seven (7) days of winner selection to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled in our discretion to select another winner in accordance with the process as described in condition ‎

Proof of identification of the winner will be required to confirm the winner’s age (i.e., that they are 18 years or over) and all persons at the party must be over the age of 18 have a valid ID.

We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.  

THE PRIZE 

The winner will receive the following as the prize:  

1x NIGHT STAY BED & BREAKFAST IN THE SUPERIOR QUEEN ROOM AT THE PARKGATE HOTEL IN CARDIFF

 The prize will be delivered to the winner within a reasonable time of being notified of their win. 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services.  Excludes transport to and from Parkgate Hotel, all soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, additional meals or snacks and any extras, which must be paid for in full upon departure.

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and a cash substitution may be offered at our sole discretion.  

Once the prize has been delivered, the winner is solely responsible for the prize. 

Our decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

We will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails giveaway@auvodka.co.uk within one (1) month after the closing date stated in condition ‎ If you object to any or all of your surname, county and/or winning entry being published or made available, please contact giveaway@auvodka.co.uk.

In such circumstances, please be aware that we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (which is the regulatory organisation of the advertising industry in the United Kingdom) on request. We have an intention to use a winner in post-event publicity, provided freely given consent from the winner is obtained. 

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the giveaway. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

Personal data supplied to us during the course of the giveaway will only be processed to administer the giveaway or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy. See also ‎17 with regard to the announcement of the winner. 

The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.com

The giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the giveaway must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
