WIN A PLACE ON AU VODKA PR LIST FOR A YEAR
HOW TO ENTER
1. The giveaway is open to all UK residents, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Au Vodka Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the giveaway.
2. The giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning compared to the free entry route. Entrants can choose one of the following two entry options:
a Purchase route. Purchase an Au Vodka product our TikTok verified TikTok shop during the Giveaway Period. Entry is automatic upon success ful completion of your order; and
b Free email route. Send an email to giveaway@auvodka.com, with the subject line: “Au Vodka Prize Draw Entry – TikTok Live – 17.09.2026”. Inside the email, you must clearly state your: (1) Full Name, (2) Date of Birth, and (3) Mobile Phone Number. Free email entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period.
3. The giveaway will operate across one (1) social media platform, that being TikTok via live stream (the “TikTok LIVE”).
4. Maximum of 1 entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple purchases or multiple emails from the same individual will not result in additional entries.
5. We do not encourage creating multiple user accounts on any one social media platform to enter the giveaway. Any person identified to have used multiple accounts to enter the giveaway multiple times, on any applicable social media platform, will not have any of their entries considered and may be banned from future giveaways. We do not have to notify you if we are taking such action.
6. The Giveaway will open and close during the TikTok LIVE on Thursday 17th of September,2026. The TikTok LIVE host will clearly announce the exact opening and closing times during the TikTok LIVE (the "Giveaway Period"). Only entries received within the Giveaway Period will be valid. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be counted.
THE WINNER
7. All successful entries will be combined into a random draw performed by computer process, in which one winner shall be randomly chosen by such computer process on Thursday 17th ofSeptember 2026.
8. The winner will be notified by message on social media from a verified ‘Au Vodka’ account
(please check for the blue verified tick on the account that is contacting you) within seven (7) days of winner selection to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled in our discretion to select another winner in accordance with the process as described in condition 7.
9. Proof of identification of the winner will be required to confirm the winner’s age (i.e., that they are 18 years or over) before the prize is awarded. If the winner is found to be under 18, their entry will be void.
10. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
THE PRIZE
11. The winner will receive a place on the Au Vodka PR list for twelve (12) months from the date they are notified of their win (the "PR Period"). During the PR Period, the winner will receive PR packages containing selected Au Vodka products and/or merchandise, sent at our discretion. The contents, value and timing of each PR package will be decided by us and may vary.
12. The prize will be delivered to the winner within a reasonable time of being notified of their win.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and a cash substitution may be offered in our sole discretion.
14. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
15. Once the prize has been delivered, the winner is solely responsible for the prize.
16. Our decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
17. We will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails giveaway@auvodka.com within one (1) month after the closing date stated in condition 6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and/or winning entry being published or made available, please contact giveaway@auvodka.com. In such circumstances, please be aware that we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (which is the regulatory organisation of the advertising industry in the United Kingdom) on request. We have an intention to use a winner in post-event publicity, provided freely given consent from the winner is obtained.
18. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the giveaway. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
19. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Personal data supplied to us during the course of the giveaway will only be processed to administer the giveaway or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy. See also condition 17 with regard to the announcement of the winner.
21. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Tiktok or We Are Whse
22. The giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the giveaway must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
