1. The giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Au Vodka, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the giveaway.

2. The giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. The giveaway will operate across two (2) social media platforms, that being Instagram and Facebook.

4. To enter the giveaway you must correctly follow the instructions as clearly stated on our giveaway social media post (e.g. like, follow, comment etc.). These instructions may vary depending on the social media platform used for the relevant post. If the giveaway operates across more than one social media platform, you are able to enter once on each platform for a higher chance of winning. It is your responsibility to make sure you follow the correct instructions for the relevant social media platform.

5. We do not encourage creating multiple user accounts on any one social media platform to enter the giveaway. Any person identified to have used multiple accounts to enter the giveaway multiple times, on any applicable social media platform, will not have any of their entries considered and may be banned from future giveaways. We do not have to notify you if we are taking such action.

6. The opening date for the giveaway is 7pm GMT on Wednesday 18 January 2023. The closing date for the giveaway is 5pm GMT on Wednesday 25 January 2023. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

7. All successful entries will be combined into a random draw performed by computer process, in which one winner shall be randomly chosen by such computer process on Wednesday 25th January 2023 (unless our giveaway social media post is taken down beforehand by the applicable social media platform(s), where a winner may instead be chosen earlier than this date in accordance with this condition and using the most recent record of successful entries as described in condition 9).

8. The winner will be notified by message on social media from a verified Au Vodka account (please check for the blue verified tick on the account that is contacting you) before Friday 27th January 2023 to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Au Vodka will be entitled in its discretion to select another winner in accordance with the process as described in condition 7.

9. In an effort to avoid potential disappointment, all successful entries will be recorded every 24 hours to allow us to retain copies of successful entries and still choose a winner (in accordance with condition 7) in the unlikely event that our giveaway social media post(s) were to be removed by the applicable social media platform(s) before the closing date stated in condition 6.

10. Au Vodka accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

12. The prize will be delivered to the winner within fourteen (14) days of being notified of their win.

13. Once delivered, the winner is solely responsible for the prize.

14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. A cash substitution may be offered at the sole discretion of Au Vodka. If any particular product of the prize is out of stock by the time the winner is chosen, a similar product alternative may be offered at the sole discretion of Au Vodka.

15. The decision of Au Vodka regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

16. Au Vodka will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Au Vodka will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails giveaway@auvodka.co.uk within one month after the closing date stated in condition 6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and/or winning entry being published or made available, please contact giveaway@auvodka.co.uk. In such circumstances, please be aware that Au Vodka must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Au Vodka has an intention to use a winner in post-event publicity, provided freely given consent from the winner is obtained.

17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the giveaway. Au Vodka reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

18. Au Vodka reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

19. Personal data supplied to Au Vodka during the course of this promotion will only be processed to administer the giveaway or as otherwise set out in Au Vodka's Privacy Policy. See also condition 16 with regard to the announcement of the winner.

20. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

21. The giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the giveaway must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
