Au Vodka Matchday Free Bottle Promotion Part 2.

Terms and Conditions

This promotion (the "Promotion") is administered by Au Vodka Ltd (registration number 09470442), incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office at Unit CP1 Crucible Park, Llansamlet, Swansea, Wales, SA7 0AR ("Au Vodka", "Promoter", "we", "us" or "our").
By placing a Qualifying Order (as defined below) and/or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "T&Cs"). We reserve the right to refuse any entry, or to withhold any Free Bottle, from anyone in breach of these T&Cs or whom we reasonably believe to have acted fraudulently, dishonestly or in bad faith.

This Promotion is run solely by Au Vodka. It is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with the Scotland or Morocco national teams, the Scottish Football Association, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, FIFA, UEFA, any player, or any organiser, governing body, sponsor or broadcaster of any football match or tournament. Any team or competition names are used for the sole purpose of describing the factual sporting event on which the Promotion is based.

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required, and we operate a Challenge 25 policy.
The Promotion is not open to employees or officers of Au Vodka or any company within its group, their immediate families, agents, or any other person professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion.
Au Vodka supports responsible drinking. Alcohol will only be sold and delivered to persons aged 18 or over.

To qualify, you must, during the Promotion Period, place and pay in full for a valid order of Au Vodka products via auvodka.co.uk that is accepted by us and is not subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded (a "Qualifying Order").
The Promotion Period opens at 5:00pm BST on 19 June 2026 and closes at 11:00pm BST on 19 June 2026 (the "Order Deadline"), being the scheduled kick-off time of the Match (as defined below). Orders placed after the Order Deadline will not qualify, regardless of any delay, rescheduling or postponement of the Match. The time of an order is determined by the timestamp recorded on our systems, which is final.

The "Match" means the Scotland v Morocco fixture scheduled to kick off at 11:00pm BST on 19 June 2026.
The "Qualifying Event" means Scotland being officially recorded as the winning team of the Match, as published in the official match result by [the relevant competition organiser / official broadcaster — confirm source]. For the avoidance of doubt:
1. a drawn match does not qualify, and a Scotland defeat does not qualify;
2. where the Match is determined by extra time and/or a penalty shoot-out, the team officially recorded as the winner (or as progressing) will be treated as having won the Match;
3. where the official result is amended following a review or dispute, the final published official result will determine whether the Qualifying Event occurred, and our determination based on that result is final and binding.
If the Match is abandoned, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, the Qualifying Event will be treated as not having occurred and no Free Bottles will be awarded, unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.

If the Qualifying Event occurs, each Qualifying Order will be entitled to one (1) bottle of Au Vodka Green Watermelon 70cl (the "Free Bottle").
The limit is one (1) Free Bottle per Qualifying Order, regardless of the number of bottles, units or total value contained within that order. Splitting purchases or placing multiple orders in an attempt to obtain additional Free Bottles may, at our discretion, be consolidated, disregarded or disqualified.
The Free Bottle is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute the Free Bottle with an Au Vodka product of equivalent or greater value at our sole discretion. There is no cash alternative.
The total number of Free Bottles available under this Promotion is limited to 1. Free Bottles will be allocated to Qualifying Orders in the order in which those orders are received and, once that limit is reached, no further Free Bottles will be awarded even if the Qualifying Event occurs.

Where the Qualifying Event occurs, the Free Bottle will be dispatched to the delivery address on the relevant Qualifying Order within 5 days of official confirmation of the Qualifying Event.
As the Free Bottle contains alcohol, it will only be released to a person aged 18 or over, and a valid form of photographic ID may be requested on delivery under our Challenge 25 policy. If no eligible person is available to accept delivery, the Free Bottle may be returned and forfeited without redelivery or alternative.

Au Vodka and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any Free Bottle, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury arising from negligence), in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
Our decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
We will make available, on request to customerservices@auvodka.com within one (1) month of the Order Deadline, information confirming that the Promotion was administered fairly. We will provide such information and any relevant records to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Personal data supplied in connection with this Promotion will be processed only to administer the Promotion and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at auvodka.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy
The Promotion, and all issues arising out of it, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
