General

  1. This Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is administered by Au Vodka Ltd (registration number: 09470442) incorporated in England and Wales in the United Kingdom with its registered office at Unit 25 Cwmdu Industrial Estate, Swansea, Wales, SA5 8JF ("Au Vodka”, “we", “us” or “our”).
  1. Jet2holidays Limited (registration number: 04472486) incorporated in England and Wales in the United Kingdom with its registered office at Low Fare Finder House Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU (“Jet2holidays”) and Au Vodka are joint promoters of the Prize Draw.
  1. By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions herein (the “Prize Draw T&Cs”) and we reserve the right to refuse any entry or refuse to award the Prize (as defined below) to anyone in breach of these Prize Draw T&Cs.
  1. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over, except employees and officers of Au Vodka, Jet2holidays or any of their respective companies within the same group, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.

Free-entry route

  1. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

How to enter

  1. The Prize Draw will operate on one recognised social media platform, on Au Vodka’s official Instagram page ‘@auvodka’.
  1. To enter the Prize Draw, you must correctly follow the below instructions during the Entry Period (as defined below). It is your responsibility to ensure that you follow the correct entry instructions for the Prize Draw:
  • ‘Like’ the giveaway post on Au Vodka’s official Instagram page ‘@auvodka’
  • Follow both the ‘@auvodka’ and ‘@jet2vibe’ Instagram pages;
  • Tag the Instagram pages of three (3) of your friends in the comments section of the giveaway post; and
  • Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story. 
  1. We do not encourage creating multiple user accounts on Instagram to enter the Prize Draw. Any person identified to have used multiple accounts to enter the Prize Draw multiple times on Instagram will not have any of their entries considered and may be banned from participating in future prize draws. We do not have to notify you if we are taking such action.

Starting date and closing date

  1. The opening date for entries to the Prize Draw is 7pm UK time on Thursday 27 June 2024 (the “Opening Date”). The closing date for entries to the Prize Draw is 7pm UK time on Thursday 11 July 2024 (the “Closing Date”) (the period inclusive and between the Opening Date and Closing Period, being the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

Choosing and identifying the winner

  1. There will be one (1) winner of the Prize Draw (the “Winner”) who will be selected by a random draw performed by a computer process (using all successful entries into the Prize Draw) on or around Friday 12 July 2024.

Notifying the winner

  1. The Winner will be notified by direct message on social media from (and only from) our ‘@auvodka’ official and verified Instagram account (please check for the blue verified tick from the account that is purporting to be Au Vodka) before Tuesday 16 July 2024 to claim their Prize (as defined below). If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified by Au Vodka, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process as described in this condition 10.
  1. Once the Winner has claimed their Prize in accordance with Condition 11, subject to the terms herein, we will make an announcement across our official social media pages that a valid award has taken place.

Verification of the winner

  1. The Winner is subject to verification by Au Vodka, including but not limited to verification under these Prize Draw T&Cs of the Winner’s (i) identity, (ii) eligibility, and (iii) compliance with the requirements to enter the Prize Draw, which may include without limitation the Winner providing Au Vodka with a screenshot of their Instagram ‘story’ archive so as to evidence their ‘story’ share pursuant to the requirements to enter the Prize Draw pursuant to condition 7. The Winner is not a winner of any prize unless and until their identity, eligibility, compliance with the requirements to enter the Prize Draw, and their entry, have all been verified, and the Winner has been notified that verification is complete.

Lost or delayed entries

  1. We accept no responsibility for entries lost or not completed due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by us.

The Prize

  1. The Winner will receive a holiday to Ibiza in Spain for themselves and three (3) other adults of the Winner’s choice (but all of whom must be aged 18 years or over in good time prior to the date of departure) (together, the “Winner and Guests) between dates stated below, subject to terms stated herein (the “Holiday”). As part of the Holiday, the Winner will also receive the following:
  • Return flights to Ibiza (including one free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg in weight per person) for the Winner and Guests, from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Ibiza (the “Holiday Flights”);
  • Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodation for the Winner and Guests in a Rock Suite room on a

‘bed and breakfast’ basis at the Hard Rock Hotel, Ibiza (the “Hotel Accommodation”);

  • £10,000 as a contribution towards expenses for the Holiday for the Winner and Guests (“Holiday Expenses Contribution”) which shall be transferred by electronic transfer to the Winner’s nominated bank account in good time prior to the Holiday;
  • A VIP booth at O Beach Ibiza (the “O Beach Venue”) for an official event (the “O Beach Event”) during the Holiday (the ”Holiday O Beach Package”);

(collectively, the “Prize”)

Prize terms

  1. The Prize is also subject to the following terms:

 

  • All elements of the Prize must be taken up at the same time;

 

  • The Holiday must all, where applicable, be booked within one (1) week of the Winner being notified of their win. Travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):

 

11/06/2024 – 18/07/2024 or

29/07/2024 – 05/08/2024 or

04/09/2024 – 18/10/2024.

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability;

 

  • Transfers to and from the airport in Ibiza and the Hotel Accommodation are included, but transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included.

 

  • No optional flight/board/transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the Prize.

 

  • The Holiday Flights must be taken up by the Winner and Guests at the same time from the same UK Jet2.com base airport that flies to Ibiza.

 

  • Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

 

  • Aside from the Holiday Expenses Contribution, any travel expenses, or any other expenses in general use of and enjoyment of the Prize that the Winner and Guests incur, are the sole responsibility of the Winner and Guests. Spending money, travel insurance, optional activities and personal expenditure or incidental costs are the responsibility of the Winner and Guests;

 

  • The Winner and Guests are advised on taking out their own travel insurance, as such is not included in the Prize;

 

  • If the Prize is not booked by the applicable dates, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and we reserve the right to award the Prize to another randomly selected entry in accordance with condition 10;

 

  • The Prize shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply;

 

  • The Prize is subject to the Jet2holidays’ and Jet2.com terms and conditions, which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”), but such terms which relate to the Regulations shall not apply. In the event of any conflict between the Prize Draw T&Cs and the Terms and Conditions, the Prize Draw T&Cs shall prevail.

 

  • We reserve the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/Holiday Accommodation/destinations at any time to the equivalent Prize value or in our sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize or element of the Prize being substituted;

 

  • We reserve the right to amend or cancel the Holiday Flights or Holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that the Holiday Flights schedules are not guaranteed;

 

  • The Holiday duration may not be extended and no element of the Prize may be changed by the Winner. Additional guests outside the maximum amount permitted for the Holiday may not be booked on the Prize bookings;

 

  • Au Vodka and/or O Beach Ibiza reserve the right to refuse admission to the O Beach Venue in the event that any of the Winner and Guests have consumed excessive alcohol or are under the influence of drugs on arrival at the O Beach Venue, or for reasons of public safety, or for any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance, embarrassment or injury, or that the behaviour of any of the Winner and Guest may otherwise disturb the peace in any way at the O Beach Venue;

 

  • It is the responsibility of the Winner to inform Au Vodka and O Beach Ibiza of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the Winner and Guests when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines;

 

  • For security deposit purposes, a valid credit or debit card will be required by the Winner when checking into the Holiday Accommodation;

 

  • It is the responsibility of the Winner and Guests to ensure compliance with UK and Spanish travel and entry requirements where applicable, including but not limited to any vaccination or testing requirements. Information on Spanish entry requirements can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/spain/entry-requirements. Please note that entry requirements based on public health policies may change over time.

 

  • The Winner and Guests must each have a valid passport to travel for the Holiday, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar;

 

  • Where we make any changes to the Prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available unless otherwise stated herein. We will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Prize Draw, the Prize, or for any loss or damage;

 

  • Au Vodka and/or Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed;

 

  • The Prize and each element of the Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated herein. The prize may only be taken by the Winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the Prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended;

 

  • The Prize duration may not be extended and no element of the Prize may be changed by the Winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the Prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.

 

Limitation of liability

  1. Au Vodka, Jet2holidays and their respective affiliates shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Yours statutory rights are not affected.

 

General

 

  1. We will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To complete this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the Winner to anyone who emails customerservices@auvodka.com within one (1) month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and/or winning entries being published or made available, please contact customerservices@auvodka.com. In such circumstances, please be aware that we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. We have an intention to use the Winner and Guests in post-event publicity, provided freely given consent from the Winner and Guess is obtained.

 

  1. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the        Jet2holidays       privacy   policy (see      https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacypolicyhttp://www.jet2.com/privacy).

 

  1. Personal data supplied to us during the course of this Prize Draw shall only be processed to administer the Prize Draw or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Where Au Vodka and/or Jet2holidays makes any changes to the Prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Au Vodka and/or Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Prize Draw or any Prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the Prize Draw provided that nothing in these Prize Draw T&Cs shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Au Vodka and/or Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

 

  1. Our decisions regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

  1. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants and/or third parties.

 

  1. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, O Beach Ibiza or Instagram.

 

  1. The Prize Draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
