Schooner Scorer Visit to the HQ
To kick off April, we had a visit from the internet sensation himself, Schooner Scorer, who rolled into HQ to film some content with the team. What started as a simple filming day quickly turned into one of those office moments everyone got involved in, with the whole crew pitching in on the making of the video, hanging around for the scoring, and generally having a great time being part of it all. It one of the most fun days we've had at the HQ in a while, and getting to show Schooner around and introduce him to the team made it even better!
The big moment came when he tried our Au Premixed draft tap and gave it an 8.3, which turned out to be his highest score ever for a non-beer drink! Coming from someone who has scored countless pours over the years, that meant a lot to us, and it was the perfect way to cap off a brilliant day.
APRIL RUN CLUB
April also brought our biggest run club to date, and what a turnout it was. The local community showed up in force, and we loved seeing so many familiar faces alongside plenty of new ones joining the crew for the first time. Every runner who came along walked away with a piece of our limited edition merch, which was our way of saying thanks for being part of something special!
The energy across the whole event was unreal, and it really reinforced why we love putting these days on. With the response we've had, we're already in the works planning plenty more run clubs throughout the year, so keep an eye out because this is only the beginning.
A New Summer Flavour Incoming
To round out the month, April was also when we started laying the groundwork for our most exciting summer launch yet!
Across the back half of the month, you might have spotted a few hints dropping across our socials, with teaser posts and videos slowly building the hype around something new joining the Au lineup. We won't spoil too much here because next month's rewind is going to be all about the big reveal, but what we can say is that the response to the teasers has already blown us away, and the energy heading into the launch was absolutely massive. April set the stage, and May is where it all comes to life. Stay tuned, because this one is going to be worth the wait.
