If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or amended.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
Yes, it is completely your choice! Due to its unique burst of flavours, our vodka is enjoyable on the rocks, or alternatively with a popular mixer such as Lemonade.
We offer 14 days returns on all products that have not been opened or used. Returning is easy: simply head to www.auvodka.co.uk/returns/ enter your order info and follow the steps on screen for a hassle-free return.
Upon ordering, an email will be sent confirming your order. Your tracking information will also be included in this email, with a direct link to track your order via DPD or Royal Mail.
To qualify for next day delivery, you must select 'Next Day Delivery' at checkout and ensure you order before 3pm Mon-Thu. Any orders after 3pm or over the weekend will be shipped out the next available day.
You are able to cancel your subscription after a minimum term of 3 months. To cancel, simply log in to your account and select 'Cancel subscription' from within the customer portal.
All subscription products will be sent out on the 3rd of each month, or the following working day if the 3rd falls on a weekend or public holiday. Delivery will be sent 1st class.
Content of each subscription will differ monthly. Every delivery will contain at least 1 70cl bottle plus extra exclusive items totalling to over £50 RRP.
