A fruity and bittersweet cocktail, based with Au Vodka Original. This recipe is quick and easy to make, and combines Pineapple, Passionfruit and Aperol to achieve the perfect balance of sweet and sour.

METHOD

1. Add Au Original, Aperol, and Fresh Lime Juice to shaker.

2. Add Passionfruit Syrup and Pineapple Juice to shaker.

3. Fill shaker with ice.

4. Shake well.

5. Fill Diamond Cut Glass with Ice.

6. Garnish with Pineapple Wedge and a Cherry.
