A refreshing, vibrant and zesty cocktail that takes it's flavour from our exquisite Au Vodka Blue Raspberry. This cocktail boasts an electric blue hue that is both visually striking and irresistibly delicious. The sweet notes of the Au Blue Raspberry vodka are perfectly complemented by the bubbly soda water, creating a harmonious blend of flavours.

Ingredients

  • Au Vodka Blue Raspberry
    50 ml
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
    30 ml
  • Sugar Syrup
    10 ml
  • Soda Water
    100 ml
  • Skewered Raspberries
    3
  • Mint Sprig

METHOD

1. Add Au Blue Raspberry, Sugar Syrup and Fresh Lemon Juice to shaker. 

2. Fill shaker with ice.

3. Shake well.

4. Pour into ice filled Hi Ball Glass.

5. Top with Lemonade.

6. Garnish with skewered Raspberries.
